  4. Zoom Courses – Multi-Session: For Zoom courses that span multiple sessions, we offer a paid trial for the first class. After purchasing this trial, no refunds are available. This policy reflects the commitment required for ongoing courses.
  5. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via LINE at @pandachinese, providing your order number and the email address used for the course purchase. Our team will process your request according to the timelines and conditions specified above.
  6. Processing Refunds: Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 working days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The exact day you receive the refund depends on your card issuer’s policies.
